The Nursing Special Forces Association (NSFA) exists to defend and uplift the mental health, honor, and voice of healthcare workers through elite, trauma-informed, mission-driven advocacy.

We are a professional association of nurses, techs, EMS, RNs, physicians, veterans, social workers, and guardians of life—bound by oath to speak the truth, expose the abuse, and fight for real change from the inside out.
